Sales Extension Suite for Copilot: Cowork V2.1.3 evaluation packages. Updated October 16, 2026.

An independent evaluation accelerator by Bill Whalen | Microsoft, not a Microsoft product entitlement, Marketplace certification, production SLA, licensing quote or universal tenant-compatibility guarantee.

Permitted evaluation and installation

Use only in an authorized tenant under approved policy, audience, source scope and support ownership. Administrators remain responsible for licensing, capacity, data residency, connection approval, permissions and deployment decisions.

Start with the two primary Cowork plugins. Two optional specialist plugins require separate host testing. The previous seven-package layout is consolidated into these four; do not enable overlapping layouts. Copilot Studio is deferred and not included in these downloads.

The packages need no custom backend and add no CRM connection or data permission. Each intended live tool path and recipient identity must be verified independently. A download or import is not authorization for wider use.

Qualification and external effects

Package validation proves structural checks, not business accuracy or live qualification. Owner-reported tests do not establish optional-package, recipient, customer-tenant, production or cross-provider readiness. Verify exact artifacts, selection, evidence, negative paths, effects, usage and rollback in the intended host.

No conversational request bypasses approval requirements. Writes, sends, schedules, assignments, publications, purchases, deployments and destructive actions require the owning system’s controls, exact approval and a verifiable receipt.

No warranty and removal

The accelerator is provided for evaluation and implementation planning without warranties or guarantees. Validate all outputs before relying on them for customer, commercial, operational, safety, legal, financial or regulatory decisions.

Preserve your recorded installation baseline and original ZIPs. For personal rollback, disable only the relevant suite plugins, restore the previous enabled states and start a fresh task. For shared or managed deployment, the owner/administrator reviews supported audience, revoke or block controls. Existing conversations may continue. Preserve customer-owned records and shared connections.
