Download two plugins, upload each in Cowork, then try one fictional task.
These plugins add guided sales agents to Microsoft 365 Copilot Cowork—not Windows, VS Code, GitHub Copilot, or Copilot Studio.

You need a work account with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, Cowork available, and permission to upload custom plugins. If Cowork or Upload plugin is missing, contact your Microsoft 365 administrator. This download cannot enable access.

Copy this into a fresh Cowork task:
Use Sales Suite | Seller Workflows, call-follow-up. Synthetic rehearsal only. Use only the notes below; do not query CRM, email, Teams, or other sources. Do not send, save, schedule, assign, or update anything. Return a concise recap, confirmed actions with owners and agreed dates, open decisions, one next best action, and proposed V-team handoffs. Keep reviewer identification, completion of the IT review, and the data-use decision separate. Report what actually ran. Synthetic rehearsal only. Northstar Equipment is fictional. Opportunity: Field Service Agent Pilot. Meeting date: October 15, 2026. Jordan wants technicians to spend less time searching manuals and repair notes. One equipment family was suggested, but none was selected. Casey requires an IT data-access and security review before customer data is used. Jordan will send three anonymized scenarios by October 20. Bill will draft an outline after receiving them; no delivery date was agreed. Casey will identify the security reviewer; no deadline was agreed. Two weeks was suggested, not agreed. No budget, start date, success target, purchase decision, data-use approval, or production deployment was agreed. A follow-up meeting was discussed but not scheduled.
Success: the recap keeps Jordan’s October 20 action, leaves Bill’s deadline unagreed, and makes no source queries or changes. Inspect host activity for the workflow actually used; a plausible answer alone does not prove invocation.
Missing upload: ask your administrator; do not bypass policy. Validation error: confirm the exact 2.1.3 ZIP, not 2.1.0 or an unzipped folder. Record the error, version, and host for the pilot owner; stop rather than repeatedly importing. Installed but absent: start a fresh task and check Sources & Skills.
Notes-only rehearsal needs no CRM. Live evidence needs separately approved sources and identity checks. Do not grant unexpected permissions. To roll back, disable only these candidates, restore the recorded old enabled states, and start a fresh task. Keep connections and original packages.
Copilot Studio work is deferred—not part of this install. Repeat with each pilot participant's permissions before customer expansion. Readiness details.
Pilot tests · Next: release to a named internal group.
Only full display names/descriptions changed in the final cleanup. IDs, version and workflow files are unchanged; ZIP hashes changed. Keep your working copy and verify supported import/update behavior before replacing it. If a same-version upload is rejected, stop and record the host message; do not delete working plugins or invent a version change.
