Microsoft Dynamics 365Sales Premium

Dynamics 365 Sales Premium + agents

Seller intelligence that moves at the speed of the deal.

Sales Premium turns Haworth's V365 data into prioritized work, relationship intelligence, guided action, and stronger forecasting. Agents extend that foundation—researching leads, watching opportunities, preparing sellers, and bringing governed CRM context into Outlook, Teams, Cowork, and mobile.

Less administrationCapture signals once, automate routine follow-through, and keep the record current.
Clearer prioritiesKnow which lead, opportunity, relationship, or next action needs attention now.
More time to winEnter every conversation with the context, evidence, and team alignment to move forward.

The Premium advantage

Move from CRM storage to a daily selling system

Sales Premium includes the Sales Enterprise foundation for lead-to-order process, forecasting, collaboration, automation, and customization—then adds AI-driven guided selling, relationship intelligence, and predictive models. It continuously helps sellers decide where to focus, what changed, who matters, and what to do next.

01

Sales accelerator + sequences

Organize leads and opportunities into prioritized worklists, apply repeatable sequences, and guide the next activity.

Haworth value: standardize follow-through without forcing every seller to build a personal tracking system.

02

Predictive lead and opportunity scoring

Use AI-driven models to help identify records with stronger conversion potential and focus seller attention.

Haworth value: spend scarce selling time where the evidence suggests it can have the greatest impact.

03

Advanced relationship intelligence

Use Dynamics 365 and Exchange signals for enhanced relationship insights and “who knows whom” connections.

Haworth value: see relationship strength, coverage gaps, and the best internal path into an account.

04

Conversation intelligence

Analyze customer interactions to help sellers and managers understand themes, questions, actions, and coaching signals.

Haworth value: turn conversations into reusable learning instead of leaving insight inside individual notes.

05

Premium forecasting

Use historical opportunity data and pipeline signals to support AI-driven revenue projections alongside seller judgment.

Haworth value: spot forecast risk earlier and focus inspection on the deals that need intervention.

06

Manager intelligence

Connect forecast trends, deal-health signals, activity visibility, and conversation coaching to one governed sales process.

Haworth value: focus inspection and coaching on the sellers and deals where intervention can change the outcome.

07

Automatic capture + notes analysis

Reduce routine entry with contextual suggestions for contacts, meetings, tasks, and customer activities.

Haworth value: improve record completeness while returning time to customer and partner work.

08

Next best action + extensibility

Configure recommendations and extend the governed process with Microsoft Power Platform when a Haworth-specific workflow needs more than the standard experience.

Haworth value: codify successful selling patterns without replacing the V365 foundation.

The Premium difference is specific: Sales Premium removes the monthly capacity limits that Sales Enterprise applies to sales accelerator sequence-connected records and predictive scoring. It also provides advanced relationship insights and “who knows whom” information generated from Dynamics 365 and Exchange data; Enterprise provides basic versions generated from Dynamics 365 data. Conversation intelligence is available without a record limit in both Enterprise and Premium. Current licensing and environment eligibility must be verified before purchase or rollout.

Agents on top of Premium

From insight to monitored action

Premium supplies the governed sales data, signals, and process. First-party agents continuously apply that context to bounded jobs—expanding seller capacity while keeping judgment, approvals, and customer commitments visible.

Top-of-funnel capacity · Proposed Haworth scope

Sales Qualification Agent

Works assigned leads against Haworth-defined selection criteria and a target customer profile.

  • Research-only: researches the lead, evaluates fit, and drafts initial outreach for seller review.
  • Research and engage: can research, send and follow up on outreach, evaluate BANT and intent, and hand promising leads to sellers under configured rules.
  • Human role: define the target profile, selection criteria, handoff rules, and oversight model.
In-flight deal intelligence

Sales Opportunity Agent

Synthesizes CRM updates, email threads, meeting insights, and web research into a prioritized deal view that flags risks and surfaces recommended actions.

  • Flags disengaged stakeholders, slowing momentum, and competitive pressure.
  • Surfaces buyer needs, stakeholder roles, competitor mentions, and deal health.
  • Recommends targeted actions so sellers know where intervention can change the outcome.
Seller companion

Sales Agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot

Brings sales context to Outlook, Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and mobile so the seller can prepare, summarize, ask questions, draft, and update CRM without reconstructing the account story.

  • Prepare for upcoming meetings and review recaps.
  • Summarize email with related CRM insight.
  • Capture notes and propose opportunity updates for confirmation.
Multistep sales work

Dynamics 365 Sales skills in Cowork

Combines Dynamics 365 records and Microsoft 365 context to execute a visible multistep plan, with access controlled by each user's existing Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 permissions.

  • Prepare account reviews and customer meetings.
  • Find deal changes, risks, blockers, and missing stakeholders.
  • Create grounded recommendations and document candidates without overriding source-system access.

Agents use assigned tenant capacity and require the appropriate product setup, permissions, licensing, and regional/language availability. Generated insight supports—not replaces—seller and manager judgment.

A headless CRM experience

CRM where the seller works—not another place to visit

“Headless CRM” is the experience pattern for this discussion, not a Microsoft product name: Dynamics 365 remains the governed system of record while Copilot, agents, and mobile experiences bring the right context and controlled actions into the seller's current surface.

Seller surfaces

Outlook · Teams · Copilot · Cowork · Mobile

Prepare, collaborate, ask, draft, dictate, and act without losing the flow of work.

Intelligence and action

Sales Premium + first-party agents

Prioritize work, score potential, understand relationships, interpret conversations, research leads, watch deals, and recommend next actions.

Governed foundation

V365 / Dynamics 365 Sales

Preserve accounts, contacts, activities, opportunities, products, forecasts, permissions, process, and audit history.

Available capability

Talk instead of type

In Outlook mobile or the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, a seller can dictate a note, review the transcription, select the CRM record, and confirm the save.

Available capability

Update an opportunity by voice

Ask to change a supported opportunity field such as close date or deal amount. Sales agent identifies the record, proposes the change, and requires confirmation before saving.

Available capability

Walk into the meeting ready

Review upcoming-meeting highlights, CRM record context, AI-generated insights, and previous meeting recaps from mobile.

Mobile voice is documented for iOS and Android. Opportunity voice updates support specified text, date/time, money, number, and choice field types. Confirmation is required before CRM changes are saved.

One connected motion

Premium and agents across the lifecycle

Each stage uses the same governed customer context. Intelligence finds the signal, an agent prepares or monitors the work, and the seller retains the relationship and the consequential decision.

01 · FINDLeadCapture signals and route eligible leads into a monitored qualification motion.
02 · FOCUSQualifyResearch fit, assess intent, and hand promising leads to sellers under clear rules.
03 · ADVANCEDevelopScore potential, watch risk, map relationships, and guide the next action.
04 · ALIGNProposeBring account evidence, conversations, team context, and approved content together.
05 · COMMITCloseUse forecast and deal signals while people own price, promise, and final decision.
06 · GROWContinueCarry customer and product context into service and future opportunity discovery.

Land value, not shelfware

Measure the change in selling behavior

The Premium business case should be proven in the work. Establish a baseline, run a bounded pilot, and scale only when sellers adopt the workflow and the commercial signal improves.

01

Seller time

Meeting-preparation time, manual research time, activity-capture lag, and time spent maintaining side trackers.

02

Focus

Sequence adherence, accepted next actions, response speed, aging leads, stalled opportunities, and relationship coverage.

03

Pipeline quality

Lead-to-opportunity conversion, data completeness, forecast movement, risk detected early, and manager inspection quality.

04

Business outcomes

Sales-cycle movement, conversion, win rate, revenue predictability, and repeatable plays by segment or motion.

Recommended landing pattern: begin with one seller group and two connected motions—Premium-guided opportunity execution plus mobile meeting follow-through. Add Qualification and Opportunity Agents with named owners, explicit autonomy, data-quality thresholds, and review checkpoints. Compare results to the baseline before expanding.

2027 Premium landing path

Prove the seller experience in three moves

Turn Haworth's stated Premium direction into a measurable adoption plan—not a feature deployment checklist.

1 · Foundation

Validate identity, permissions, Exchange and CRM data quality, scoring history, sequence design, consent, and manager ownership.

2 · Seller proof

Run Premium-guided opportunity work plus mobile voice follow-through with a representative seller cohort and baseline measures.

3 · Agent scale

Add Qualification and Opportunity Agents with bounded scope, capacity monitoring, quality review, and explicit handoff rules.

Haworth's July 2026 planning source identifies V365 Premium for 2027. This is Haworth planning direction—not a Microsoft release commitment or a statement of current deployment. Final capabilities, licenses, capacity, geography, language, consent, and configuration must be verified for the intended environment.
