Scope, architecture, evidence rules and the checks that still remain.

Architecture: instructions, not infrastructure.

No custom backend or data connector ships with the package. A host's existing tools must be separately available and authorized. Uploading instructions does not establish environment access or grant execution rights.

Solution design: observe, then decide.

Every workflow carries the same evidence/action contract: exact environment and time window; facts separated from hypotheses; sensitive material excluded; readable output and a human-owned next step.

Capture setup, tracing, load tests, configuration changes, plug-in changes, deployment and retention changes are outside execution scope. Propose a bounded test with before-state, rollback and success criteria; do not claim a fix from a recommendation or deployment alone.

Readiness, without shortcuts.

CheckObserved stateWhat it means
Package structure9 local tests passedRoster, references, deterministic files and no bundled backend/connector.
Microsoft Toolkit validation59 checks passedPackage validation, not customer or runtime acceptance.
Synthetic instruction rehearsal16 responses reviewed outside CoworkFictional prompt behavior only. No diagnostic tool or native host proof.
Cowork acceptance cases16 planned; not runInstallation, selection, actual behavior and output quality still need testing.
Customer validationNot establishedNo customer incident or resolution is claimed.
Native charts / Home integrationNot verifiedText and tables remain the fallback; no assumed plugin binding.

Measurement rules

  • Null is unknown, not zero. Preserve unit, period, sample context and source.
  • Do not add nested timings or average percentiles. Cold and warm loads are different conditions.
  • Static checker findings are risk indicators, not proof of runtime root cause. A clean report is not a performance certificate.
  • Use equivalent before/after observations; no invented benchmark, target or promised improvement.
