Make sense of a slow Dynamics 365 experience, review the evidence and plan an improvement a person can verify and reverse.
The workflow before the build
A slow form, save or integration can trigger broad fixes before the team agrees which employee scenario is affected or which evidence supports a diagnosis.
What the public project delivers
An eight-workflow instruction package and a practical guide help administrators scope the issue, review client and server evidence, examine solution risks and prepare a controlled change proposal.
- Scopes one reproducible scenario in the correct environment.
- Guides review of client timings, plug-ins, integrations and environment health.
- Separates observed facts, hypotheses, unknowns and solution-checker findings.
- Prepares a change and rollback review with readable evidence tables.
The value case, stated honestly
The aim is a clearer next diagnostic step and a reviewable improvement plan, with assumptions, missing evidence, ownership and rollback visible.
Evidence label: Designed value: more consistent investigation and human-reviewed change planning, not a measured performance improvement or a verified customer fix.
Architecture in one view
Scope, evidence review, a human-owned improvement plan and comparable verification.
An administrator defines the product, environment and employee scenario.
Cowork uses the selected workflow and permitted supplied evidence.
A person reviews the next test or controlled change proposal.
Comparable observations are required before claiming a result.
Human control and guardrails
- No connector, credentials, custom backend or automatic remediation is bundled.
- No customer logs, transcripts or customer-specific diagnoses are included.
- Missing values and unsupported metrics remain unknown; charts are conditional on actual host support.
- Installation, permissions and real environment changes require their own supported review path.
Where the pattern stops
- Initial scope is Dataverse and model-driven apps, not every Dynamics 365 product.
- Nine original package tests and 59 Toolkit checks passed; these are not Cowork runtime acceptance.
- Sixteen fictional instruction responses were reviewed outside Cowork; actual host cases remain not run.
- No production qualification, customer adoption or measured improvement is claimed.
- This is independent work, not a Microsoft product or officially supported offering.
