Create a governed implementation in your own environment and support model.

Define the boundary

Use a nonproduction environment, synthetic data, named owners, and explicit approval gates.

Create your agent

Use the instruction baseline and add only reviewed Dataverse and Microsoft 365 tools.

Implement delegated auth

Use authorization code with PKCE, exact redirect URIs, and least-privilege delegated scopes.

Add optional voice

Provision Azure AI Speech and grant narrow RBAC access. Add translation only when required.

Adapt the UI

Vendor approved dependencies, connect governed configuration, and keep mobile disabled until separately reviewed.

Validate and own

Threat-model, test, monitor, deploy, operate, and support the solution through your own process.
